At Cadley, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

In its original condition: sealed, unused, and with all tags attached
In its original packaging
Accompanied by a receipt or valid proof of purchase

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any product that has been opened or used. As a personal-care and skincare brand, this policy protects the safety of all our customers. We also reserve the right to refuse a refund if a product is returned damaged.

How to Start a Return

To process your return, please email us at cadleybeauty@gmail.com with the following details:

Your name
Order number
Item(s) you wish to return
Reason for return

We will respond to your request within 3 business days. Once your return is approved, we'll provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

Order Issues

If there's a problem with your order, such as receiving a damaged product or the wrong item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery, and we'll do everything in our power to make it right.

Sale Items

Please note that sale items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
